A couple of months ago, I wrote about the fruit juice squeezezer from Dr. Shih-Tzu Lin and the apple cider concentrate from Drs.
Hsu-Chung Chu and Yiping Wu.
This week, we’ll talk about the juice concentrate and how to make a fruit juice concentrate that’s delicious.
But before that, let’s get to the fruit.
The apple juice squeeze is actually a simple and easy fruit juice purification method that I wrote up in a previous post.
So let’s start with the fruit!
To make a juice concentrate, you need a fruit.
If you’re not sure what kind of fruit you’re looking for, ask a family member or a trusted health care professional.
The most common type of fruit is the apple.
Some people prefer pineapple, others guava, or apricots.
I prefer pomegranate.
Fruit juice concentrate can be made by using a fruit like a pear, orange, grape, peach, or banana.
If the fruit has a bit of pulp or skin, it’ll be good to use.
Just don’t add water.
If a fruit is dry, you can add it to the concentrate and let it sit for a couple of hours before adding it to juice.
Once you’ve gotten the pulp out, you’ll be able to blend the concentrate into a drink.
When making the concentrate, it’s important to use a blender to blend it.
You don’t want to be mixing up a lot of fruit juice.
If that’s a problem, use a food processor instead.
The easiest way to do this is to use your hand blender or a food mill.
I like to use my hand blender because it’s really simple.
I can take a bowl of fruit and add a few drops of apple cider solution to the blender.
I just press down on the blend and blend it with my fingers.
It takes about 10 to 15 seconds.
I usually do it at night, so I don’t need to be awake for it to blend.
You can also use a bowl or container.
If I want to blend something else, I can just add water to the mixture and mix it by hand.
If your blender is easy to use, you don’t have to worry about blending too much.
I’m sure you can think of other simple and convenient methods for making fruit juice concentrates.
You also don’t necessarily have to make all the fruit you want.
You could buy fruit juice and juice concentrators to make your own concentrate.
This is where things get a little more complicated.
Fruit juices aren’t only sweet and sour; they’re also mildly tart, which is why I like them to be blended with water.
To make fruit juice concentrated, I like using apples, but also some other fruit.
There are a few options.
If all you want to do is make a sour fruit concentrate, try using peaches or aprics.
These types of fruit tend to have a lot more juice than most other fruit, and they’re a bit tart.
I use an apple-based concentrate, but I can make a lemonade or something similar with some water.
I also like to add in some sugar, but not to much.
Some folks like to make jam and fruit juice with fruit, but this is not something I recommend.
If this is something you’re interested in, here’s how you can make it yourself.
You’ll need a blender.
For this recipe, I recommend a Vitamix Vitamis 602 blender.
It’s really easy to make.
Just press the button to start.
It’ll take about 10 seconds to get the mixture ready to blend, which can be a bit slow.
After about five seconds, it will begin to mix up.
The process takes about a minute, and it’ll continue to blend until the fruit is done.
If it takes more than that, you may need to add more water to bring the fruit back to a boil.
After that, the fruit will cool.
Once it cools, it can be blended into the concentrate.
I find that I don´t need to strain much fruit juice from the concentrate to make it good.
If fruit juice is too tart or too sweet, it won’t blend well.
Just add some water to blend in.
The concentrate will be great for making jam and other fruit juices.
But you may want to try making your own fruit juice, too.
